The company takes large and medium-diameter spiral seam double-sided submerged arc welded steel pipes and straight-welded double-sided submerged arc welded steel pipes as its leading products, and is also committed to the design of new machinery and equipment for roads, bridges, ports, steel structures, aluminum structures and supporting products. And manufacturing, steel pipe, steel structure protection treatment and other manufacturing and processing enterprises.

The company currently has 3 international leading high-precision spiral welded pipe production lines, using three-wire welding technology, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons; the company also has first-class online ultrasonic testing systems and x-ray testing systems, as well as advanced physical and chemical testing capabilities .

The diameter of the double submerged arc welded spiral steel pipe ranges from φ400mm to φ3650mm, the processing thickness is 5.0mm to 25.4mm, the length of the whole pile can reach 100m, and the weight of a single spiral seam steel pipe can reach 100 tons.

In addition, it is also equipped with a steel pipe automatic anti-corrosion treatment workshop, the work progress is not affected by the weather, and a 5,000-ton berth for bulk and miscellaneous parts has been built, and the wharf crane capacity reaches 100T-33 meters; The 50-meter-span rail gantry crane covers the entire factory area, improving the transfer capacity of heavy steel pipes.
