In the face of difficulties, the General Manager Department of the Lekki Port Project prepared to build a steel pipe pile manufacturing plant, introduced a double-wire automatic submerged arc welding process production line from Zhuhai Haizhong Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. Steel pipe pile production quality and supply capacity. At the same time, a technical team was formed to develop a double positioning device of "steel casing + positioning frame", which achieved the pile driving accuracy higher than the design requirements, and ensured the smooth construction of the tube-sheet combined pile, and it was 15 days ahead of schedule. Finish.
At present, the overall construction progress of the project has been completed 60%, and all the front wall piles have been successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for the project to be completed on time.
